Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is free for this product! We try to simplify the order process as much as possible on as many products as we can. If you have any special requests, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Q: How long will it take to be delivered?

A: Our usual lead time on our fixtures and projects is 8-10 weeks from the time of order. Custom pieces can take up to 12 weeks.

Q: How are things Shipped?

A: Fixtures under 36” can ship UPS ground. Larger fixtures and orders with multiple pieces are palletized and shipped common carrier. If you're ordering more than one product, you may receive multiple shipments.

Q: Can I rush my order?

A: You sure can! An additional fee will be applied on a per product basis. Please reach out to us to get a quote.

Q: What's the Return Policy for this Product?

A: Due to the custom nature of 1StopCabin's furniture and fixtures, all sales are final. 100% of the payment is due at the time of order. Changes to custom orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

Q: What if my product arrives damaged?

A: You ordered a 100% perfect product and we're happy to stand behind the products we sell. Any damages incurred in shipping must be reported within 7 days of delivery for repair/replacement.

All of our fixtures come assembled. We highly recommend working with a skilled electrician to install your fixture. All of our chandeliers come standard with 6 feet of chain and canopy. All mounting hardware is included.
